Shang flinched as he heard a voice and he spun around to see a strange man coming in through the front door. "How do you know?" He spoke, a surprising amount of force in his voice. Though it made sense...there was no trail. Even if he tried to find her, there was no way he'd be able to do it in time, if even at all. Shang pushed himself to his feet at the man's deal and he honestly thought about it. If he had powers, he could keep her safe. For once, he wouldn't have to worry about not being able to protect her. He didn't have to even think about it. "I'm in. I'd do anything to save her..." If Su were here, she would be lecturing him right now but she wasn't. And that was his fault so he had to fix this.

Sinbad chuckled, "That didn't take very long...but I shouldn't be surprised. When love is involved, people tend to make crazy decisions." He noted dryly. He stepped closer towards Shang then studying him thoughtfully. "Normally I'd give your soul to my master, but I think I'll keep yours. I do get to indulge once in awhile...and you seem suitable enough." He said before he held out his hand. "A handshake will seal the deal, after all I'm not completely unfair. Your new powers will start kicking in right after so you might want to sit down as you'll be a little disoriented." He explained patiently.

Shang honestly didn't care where his soul was going at that point. It wasn't like he had much of one anymore anyway. All he cared about was Su. As long as he was still able to love her, he didn't care about anything else. Before he could second guess himself, he shook the man's hand. Within moments, he felt a swell of energy wash over him and he stumbled back. His stomach felt like it was on fire before it spread to his chest and then his limbs. Finally the pain faded and Shang look up at the man, his eyes flashing that same acid green for a moment before they returned to normal. His whole body felt like it was buzzing with energy. He felt powerful.

Sinbad watched as Shang stumbled backwards, he had been right Shang's soul was worth holding onto. "Ahh I can see the transformation already, good that's very good. I'm curious to see what abilities you'll have....everyone's is different." He commented thoughtfully. "Now as for your sister, you should be able to sense her at some point. Although I should warn you, it won't be exact so it might take some time for you to locate her." He added with a small frown. "I can come along and help train you...without that you won't reach your full potential." It was very rare that he offered to train anyone, Dimitri would no doubt pester him but he could survive a few weeks without him.
