Su watched in horror as Shang suddenly freed himself and tackled Yaoi. "Shang!" She shouted trying to warn him as she saw one of Yaoi's henchmen sneak up behind him. Her foot shot up as she kicked one of the henchmen in the face. "Restrain her!" Another one of his men shouted and then Yaoi punched Shang in the face hard enough to send him reeling back. "You must have a death wish...or must be very stupid." Yaoi drawled as he sneered down at Shang. Su tried to free herself but nothing she tried worked, her eyes widened as one of the men moved towards Shang with his knife drawn. "No don't!" She shouted and then the man stabbed Shang, it was in his arm but Su was absolutely terrified. "Now now...let's all just relax...he's fine Su, for now anyway. He won't be though if you keep fighting me...now do I have to keep stabbing him or...will you be mine?" Su stared at him stunned, she didn't want to even consider the option but if she didn't Shang was a dead man...and she couldn't lose him again. "I'm yours...just don't hurt him." She whispered as she hung her head.

Sang grunted as he was punched again and he stumbled back, wiping the blood from is lip. "You must have a death wish for forcing yourself on younger girls." He growled as he spit at Yaoi. Though he didn't have time to move before a knife sliced into his arm and he cursed. But at Su's words, his eyes widened and he shot forward. "Don't you dare touch her!" Shang growled as he kicked the man before him in the stomach and snatched the knife from his hand. Within moments, Shang had sliced two of the men's throats only to leave him, Su and Yaoi alone in the alley. He twirled the knife in his hand before he sunk the blade into Yaoi's side, grabbing his shoulders and flung him down they alleyway away from Su. Before the man could recover, Shang tackled him and pinned him to the ground, the blade at his throat. "Tell me why I shouldn't kill you right now." He snarled, pressing the blade hard enough against the man's throat for a thin line of blood to show on his skin.

Su watched with her heart in her mouth as Shang somehow managed to free himself long enough to take down Yaoi's bodyguards. Then he tackled Yaoi, somehow managing to stab him in the process. "You're nothing but a pretty boy." Yaoi said darkly and spat blood in Shang's face before hitting him in the place where Shang had been stabbed. He then kicked Shang off of him and moved to grab the knife from him. "No!" Su raced forward and thinking fast, wrapped Shang's cloak around Yaoi's neck like a garrote. Yaoi yelled in surprise but Su didn't relax her grip, her fear and determination the only thing keeping her arms locked. She'd never done something like this before and she was scared of what would happen to Shang should she let go. "Shang...shall we?" She asked as she met eyes with her brother, hoping he'd pick up on her hint.

A pained groan came past his lips as the man punches him where he had been stabbed, causing his grip to loosen. He was kicked off and he could feel the sticky blood dripping from his arm. It hadn't been that bad of an injury but now that he was fighting with it, the wound was opening more and more. But then suddenly he heard a struggle and looked up to see Su with a cloak wrapped around Yaoi's neck, holding him securely in place. How she had managed to do so he didn't know...but he was grateful. At her words, he pushed himself to his feet and walked up to Yaoi, darkness in his eyes. He wouldn't need the knife for this. "I don't take kindly to those that fuck around with my sister..." He growled before he snapped the man's neck, gently moving Su out of the way so the lifeless body could fall to the ground. After he few moments, he sighed and ran a hand through his hair. "Are you alright?" He whispered and turned to her. She had probably never seen someone die in combat like that before and he had just killed three men in front of her tonight. Something like that could stick with you...he of all people knew that.

Su watched as Shang approached them, there was a look in his eyes that she'd never seen before. One that almost made her shrink back in fear, yet he was her brother and he'd never hurt her. Her arms gave as Shang stabbed Yaoi one final time, she watched as Yaoi slumped over dead. A tiny whimper escaped her as she stared down at his body, not entirely sure how to react. At Shang's question she nearly jumped and looked up at him with wide eyes. "I...I've never seen anyone actually die before." She quietly admitted as she stared down at Yaoi's body with an unnerved expression. True she hadn't liked Yaoi but she hadn't wanted him to die, and she had aided Shang in his death. She looked up at Shang and then saw his wound on his shoulder again. "Oh! Here let me help." She whispered as she moved to wrap his arm with a torn part of her dress. Her hands shook but she didn't seem to notice it, "I...I'm fine, but you...you were bleeding and I...I thought I was going to lose you again." She admitted as she glanced up at him from under her lashes.

Shang felt his heart sink at her words and he glanced down at the body before them. Maybe he shouldn't have killed the man like that...he should have made her leave first. A part of him barely noticed when she moved to his side and started to wrap his arm. "It's alright Su, I'm fine...it's just a scratch." He whispered as he gently took her hands in his. "It will take more than that to keep me away from you again." Shang leaned down and gently pressed his lips against hers once again. "Let's get out of here...we need to get you back inside." His hand slid down into hers as they emerged from the alley, leaving behind the blood and bodies in the darkness.

Su was silent on the way back, all she could think about was the way how her brother had almost died. Her new home was much smaller then the one she had grown up and much plainer. "I'm sorry I don't have much...I have money I just-" She broke off uncomfortably, not wanting to think of the reasons for why she had kept it so bare. She of course had the essentials but gone were the pots and pans that normally hung against the walls. She ran a hand through her hair and then glanced over at him, "I have bandages for that shoulder." She said and started to help him take off his armor. Once the armor was off, she bit down on her bottom lip and then cleared her throat, "Um....can you take off your shirt? I need to uh get to that wound." She said shyly, her face turning a little pink.

Shang blinked as they walked into her home, his heart sinking as he saw everything she had. It was like she had never fully moved in. Like she was still ready to run whenever she needed to. That broke his heart...Her hands helped him remove his armor and at her words about his shirt, he felt himself hesitate. For a moment he thought about telling her he'd do it himself but after everything she had been through tonight, he shouldn't deny her anything. "Um...yeah, sure." He whispered nervously and slowly slid his shirt off over his head, sitting on the edge of her bed as he did so. Shang averted his gaze from her, knowing full well that his scars from that night were still there. The one on his arm had healed but held a scar and the gash on his side was still not fully healed but healed enough that the skin there began to white like a scar would. "Did you think they were still coming for you?" He asked suddenly and looked up at her.

Su bit her bottom lip at his question, "Well...yeah I did." She finally admitted. "Phoebus made it very clear that should I ever be seen he'd have me killed. I'll admit there were a few months where I- where I almost gave up, but I knew deep down you'd want me to keep living." She shakily continued as she glanced around her room. "It doesn't feel like home...but then home was wherever you were. And without you in my life, I was really lost...I even stopped cooking for awhile." She glanced down at her hands as she finished cleaning Shang's wounds and then took care of the bandage. "I really missed you Shang....every single day." She said honestly as she moved to put the bandages away, it had been hard actually admitting this to Shang after everything they had both been through.

Shang hated that she had to go through that these past few months and took her hands in his once she was finished. "I'm sorry you've had to live like that...if I knew you were alive, I would have been here. I still don't understand why the captain told me you were dead...But then again, I don't remember much about that night." He trailed off and ran a hand nervously through his hair. "But I'm glad you didn't give up. If you had...I never would have found you again." Shang looked up at her before he gently gripped her waist and pulled her into him, his legs resting on either side of her. Life without her had been miserable...almost unbearable. He knew how she felt. Shang leaned up towards her and pressed his lips against hers, not even caring that it was wrong. Maybe he was still drunk but he felt it was the only way to express to her how much he truly loved her.

Su blinked as Shang gripped her waist and gently pulled her towards him. His hands on her waist made her shiver, this was all new to her. While she had been a tavern dancer, she'd never slept with anyone. She had of course kissed a few men, but Shang....his kisses and very touch made her body feel like it was on fire. He pulled her against him and Su slid her hands up his chest to rest on his shoulders as he kissed her again. A tiny eager moan escaped her before she could stop it and she slowly pressed herself closer against him as she moved to straddle him. It was like her body was on autopilot and she had no control over it. However she had no real desire to stop herself, Shang was extremely talented and she was enjoying herself much more then she ever had before.

Shang grinned into the kiss as she responded to him, his hand brushing along her thighs as she straddled him. His fingers gently slipped under her dress, moving the fabric up towards her waist as he ran his hands up her thighs. He broke from the kiss and pressed his lips against her neck, breathing in her scent as he kissed her skin. There was something so comforting about touching her like this. For months he had been constantly tense but being alone with her in that moment made him finally relax. Shang pushed her dress up even further, tugging it off over her head and his member immediately responded to the image of her in her undergarments. There was no doubt in his mind that she could feel him against her the way she was straddling him but he didn't care. He wanted her. His teeth gently nipped at her skin, his arms sliding up her lower back and he wrapped his arms around her. He could feel her heartbeat against his skin. But then everything went dark. His body still clung to hers like a child as he held her. Months of constant exhaustion must have finally caught up to him and being with her soothed him so much that his body had shut down.

Su whimpered as Shang's hands started traveling up under her dress, his fingers brushing her thighs. She pressed herself closer against him with her body responding to each and every little touch from him. His lips slid away from hers as he started kissing her neck. The feeling of his breath there made her shiver and she eagerly moved to help him take off her dress. If she had had any doubts with how he felt towards her, they were gone as soon as his eyes roamed over her body. She was of course wearing underwear, but it didn't do much to disguise her body from him. His teeth started nipping at her neck, and his arms slid around her back holding her in place. Something was pressing against her and she slowly realized that she was feeling his arousal there. Then just as she was about to help him with his pants, she heard a very distinctive snore. She blinked in surprise and glanced down at him to see him with his eyes closed, still holding onto her. It was probably for the best that he had fallen asleep before she had done anything with him. Had she gone through with what she had wanted, he would have regretted it in the morning. She gently moved to help lay him back onto the bed, he clearly needed his sleep and she could at least make sure he got it. "I love you." She whispered into his ear before she managed to free herself without disturbing him. After what had just occurred she thought it would probably be best to wear a nightgown. She grabbed the first one she found in her drawer, failing to notice how it clung to her curves and the silkiness of the material. It was one of the only ones she owned as the other one was far too thick to wear on a night like this. Instead she moved to lie down next to him, her body easily fitting against his own. It didn't take long for her to fall fast asleep.

As the night went on, Shang's body had moved even closer to his sister's, his arms slipping around her body as he spooned her from behind. The silk of her nightgown felt amazing against his skin and he snuggled into her. His hand had slipped under her nightgown, the fabric moving up and leaving her lower body bare to him aside from her underwear. The hardness of his morning arousal pressed against her backside and he buried his face into her neck. It had been the most he had slept ever since that night. With the thought of her being dead, he couldn't sleep without seeing her face. He would go weeks at a time without more than a few hours to keep him going. After a few hours, Shang slowly started to wake up and he realized that he was holding a body to him. His head pounded like he had a killer hangover and he sat up, looking down at who was next to him. But then he froze to see that it was Su. Oh gods, what had he done? Had he slept with her when he was drunk? How could he ever face her again?

Su let out a little sleepy sounding moan as she turned in her sleep and faced Shang. Her hands slid up his chest as she pressed her body closer against him, not seeming to notice Shang's current predicament. His name escaped her lips as she pressed tiny kisses along his jawline. It was as if she wasn't even aware of her own actions, one of her other hands drifted even lower and brushed against Shang's arousal. The strap of her nightgown slid down past her shoulder and hung down just enough so some of her cleavage could be seen. And that wasn't even the worst of it as Shang's hands had raised Su's nightgown hem up past her waist as she moved to practically straddle him.
