Su blushed a little bit as Shang's other self gave her his true name, it was something she hadn't expected but was grateful for all the same. "Thank you." She said gently as she watched him lie down. While she was more then a little concerned with healing Shang she knew it had to be done. She took a steadying breath and nodded to Shang, letting him know that she was ready. The next thing she knew Shang was lying there writhing in agony. She only had precious moments to act and she didn't waste a single one as she rested her hands on his chest. A light healing glow issued from under her fingertips as she focused on healing Shang, taking her time in making sure that each and every injury was taken care of. When she sensed that he was fully healed she lowered her hands and stared down at Shang with worry. Had she saved him in time? He was still unconscious and she rested her head on his chest, trying to hear his heartbeat. It was there...strong and sure, "Shang...it's me Su...please wake up." She whispered before she bent down and kissed him on the lips.

It took a few moments after Su completed her task before Shang groaned, feeling something pressing against his lips. His eyes flicked open to see Su hovering over him, kissing him. By habit, his hand slowly slid up and into her hair as he kissed her back, hesitantly pulling back after a few moments. "Su? What are you doing here?" Shang looked up at her in confusion. His darker side had blocked the memories of the past year...he wanted to keep those just for him. The last thing Shang would remember was Su being taken from him. After a moment, he pushed himself up into a seated position. He had expected to feel pain everywhere but he felt nothing...he was healthy. Perfectly healthy. "Wait..how can you be here? Shan-Yu took you...That's the last thing I remember before I blacked out. How did you escape?"

Su smiled into the kiss as he responded and pulled back, "You saved me..the darker part of you did. You were not well and he took over...he even let me heal you so I could bring you back to me. That dark part of you...has changed, which sounds insane I know but it's the truth. I'm just glad you're back with me...I never thought I'd see you again." She admitted and kissed him again before pulling away again. "You should probably rest, we can talk more when you wake up. I have a feeling you might have trouble adjusting to everything, but don't worry I'm here now and I'm never leaving. I love you by the way, all of you." She said and moved to help him get comfortable. She had Shang back, and she was actually feeling somewhat happy. It was a giddy sort of happiness that filled her, one with relief and joy that she had successfully brought her brother back. Of course without the help of his darker self she never would have been able to do it.

It had been a few weeks since Shang had returned to his normal self and he and Su were starting to return to their normal life. Though she had told him of the child they lost...and that bothered him to his core. Su was right, it was taking a lot for him to adjust. Especially after everything the two of them had been up to in the past few years. He still had no memories of it but Su filled him in on the highlights. Shang couldn't help but notice though how her attitude changed when she spoke of his darker self. It was still hard to believe that it had changed...Any time he had let that side of him take over, it had been so blood thirsty that it was better to keep it hidden but as Su said..it wasn't fighting him anymore. There were times that Shang would try to release it but nothing would happen. He moved into the kitchen and a small smile came to his lips as he saw Su cooking. Shang came up behind her and slid his arms around her waist, loving the feeling of her form in his arms. "It smells wonderful Su..." He whispered in her ear before he lightly pressed his lips against her neck.

Su shivered as Shang's arms wrapped around her, before he pressed his lips on her neck. "Well it should, since I am making it just for you." She said glancing over at him. She had a whole evening planned just for the two of them, as it had been quite a long time since they'd done anything together. "You keep that up and I might just skip straight to dessert." She said biting down on her bottom lip as his lips ran across a sensitive area. It had been a long time since Shang had been intimate with her, mostly because he hadn't wanted to accidentally hurt her. A fact she understood but now all she wanted was to remind Shang of her feelings. "I love you." She said after a moment before she turned her attention back to the stove, blushing a little as she did so. Just saying those words made her happy, he made her happy...more then she'd ever thought she could be.

Shang let out a low chuckle at her words and his hands moved to rest on her hips. "Is that so bad? I might just prefer desert first." He teased and gently massaged her hips with his fingers. It had been so long since they had been intimate with each other but tonight he had promised her that things would return to normal. They had both spent so much time treating each other like they were fragile...now it was time to come to grips with what had happened and move on. "I love you too...I've missed this..I missed you." He whispered in her ear before he pressed another kiss against her lips and then pulled back so she could focus on cooking. Besides...he had a little surprise of his own that he needed to prepare for. He glanced over his shoulder at her as his hand rested against his pocket, making sure that the small present he had for her was indeed still there.

Su's whole body shivered at his words, the thought was tempting. His hands on her hips made her face heat up, even more so as he gently massaged them. She naturally leaned into his embrace as he kissed her loving the taste of his lips on hers. "Mhhhm glad to hear it tiger." She whispered against his lips before she reluctantly pulled away. It was hard though as she wanted nothing more then to keep kissing him. "Dinner should be done soon, would you get the bread out of the oven?" She asked as she went back to stirring the pot. She was making Shang's favorite...or well what he had used to really enjoy and Su silently hoped that he still did. It had been a long time since Su had cooked anything and while she was a little out of practice Shang never made her feel that way. Then again he didn't really seem to mind so much if she accidentally made a few mistakes. The two of them had had a lot of fun experimenting and that had always led to other more pleasurable activities. Finally she could see that their dinner was done and she stirred it one final time before setting it away from the heat. "How's the bread look?" She asked as she set two porcelain bowls on the table. It was the first time she'd tried the recipe for the bread in a long time and she hoped that it had turned out.

At her words, Shang nodded and moved over to the oven and removed the bread. He knew it had been a while since she had even cooked but he didn't mind. Now that she was starting to again, it seemed like everything was returning to normal. "It looks wonderful Su, don't worry." He grinned as he moved and sat it down on the table. Shang knew that she was concerned about her skills..it reminded him of when she had first started cooking when they were younger. It was adorable. "Everything smells so perfect, you know I love whatever you make." Shang kissed her cheek before he pulled out a chair for her to sit in, his hands lingering on her shoulders for a moment before he leaned down and kissed her neck again. Of course he knew that he should stop but it was so hard to. He loved her taste, her smell...Everything he had missed for so long. Years ago he never would have expected everything that had happened, much less that he would have fallen in love with his own sister. Though now he couldn't imagine it any other way.

Su bit down on her bottom lip as Shang bent down and kissed her on the cheek, before he suddenly kissed her on the neck. She swallowed hard and glanced over at him a little shyly. "Keep that up and all this hard work will have been for nothing." She said a little breathlessly. Although she wouldn't mind in the least, besides she could always reheat everything later. She thought about it for a few moments before she turned around and slid her arms around his neck. "Then again it has been awhile." She said in a considering tone as she stared up at him. Her body gently pressed up against his own as she smiled up at him, "And we can just heat all the food up for later?" She added in a suggestive tone leaning up to gently press her lips against his own. The more she thought about it, the more she wanted it...besides all that she knew Shang wouldn't disappoint. She trusted him far more then he probably knew and she knew he would put her first. A fact that only made her love him even more, something she might have thought impossible at one time.

At her words, he chuckled against her skin and ran his hands down her sides. Then she turned into his arms and a grin came to his face. "I do hate for all of this work to go to waste..." He mused as he pressed his lips hungrily against hers. "Although I could never turn down a request like that." Shang leaned down and his hands grabbed her thighs before he hoisted her up into his arms, wrapping her legs around his waist. The feel of her body against his was so perfect...it would take a lot to keep himself under control and take his time. He moved them out into the living room and laid her down on the couch, his hand slowly traveling up her thigh as he kissed her neck once again. "I love you Su..." Shang whispered against her skin, his free hand lovingly caressing her waist.

Su whimpered as Shang lifted her up, his hands on her legs made her skin feel slightly overheated. "Well it won't go to waste if you hurry." She said teasingly as he rested her on the couch. Her hands slid up under his shirt, enjoying the feel of his warm skin and muscles under her fingertips. She gasped as his lips ran along her neck, and she tilted her head to give him more access. His name escaped her lips in a low murmur as she eagerly tugged on his shirt wanting to feel more of him. He was being gentle and slow...which she appreciated but at the same time she wanted him to go a little faster. She slid her hands down lower to his ass and then she felt something in his back pocket. It felt like a small box...strange, she pulled back a little. "Not to uh...ruin the mood but what is that?" She asked curiously as she studied him from under her lashes. A part of her had a feeling that she knew exactly what was in there, but she didn't want to get her hopes up. It wouldn't be fair to Shang after all, and Shang...well she wouldn't blame him if he didn't. Once upon a time she might have done so but after all that time she had been kidnapped well she wasn't as innocent as she had been.

Shang was enjoying the touch of her fingers against his skin, his member already showing it's pure interest. He pressed his hips against hers as his lips ran along her collarbone. Then he felt her hands on his ass as his motions slowed as she touched the box in his pocket. His heart skipped as she pulled back and asked about it before he let out a nervous laugh and rested his forehead against her chest. "I uh...I should have hidden that better." Shang hesitantly slid off of her and sat down on the ground next to the couch. His hand moved to his pocket and he carefully removed the box, holding it in his hands as he looked down at it. "I had a plan for when I'd show you this but I suppose now is a better time than any." Shang ran his finger over the top of the box before he shifted so he was kneeling beside the couch. Then he opened it to reveal a silver engagement ring, the metal twisted into spirals that led to a tear-drop shaped diamond in the center. "I love you Su...and I'd be the happiest man on this earth if you would be my wife.." Of course he knew how corny that sounded but he truly meant it. If he could have her hand, there was nothing that could ruin his happiness.

Su felt her heart speed up as Shang slowly slid off of her and knelt on the ground next to the couch. She bit down on her bottom lip as she watched him withdraw the box from his pocket. Her eyes widened as she sat up and saw him open the box, the ring nestled inside was beautiful and everything she had ever wanted for a ring. Tears started to stream down her face as he proposed to her, "I love you too...and yes...of course I'll marry you!" She said before she practically threw herself at him and kissed him eagerly. "I was yours before you even asked me that question." She whispered against his lips before kissing him again. The thought of being Shang's wife made her giddy, just as much as he himself did. "I love you." She breathed as she slid her hands under his shirt, wanting to show her thanks to him in a way that would be pleasurable for both of them. All she could think about was having some sweet engagement sex...something she knew would definitely be worth the wait. Her sleeve from her blouse slipped down, exposing her cleavage as she eagerly kept kissing Shang.

Shang barely had time to catch her before Su threw herself onto him and he fell back, his arms wrapping around her waist so she wouldn't fall off. His lips hungrily pressed against hers and his fingers lovingly dug into her hips before they ran down her legs. The box slid off of his lap and Shang hesitantly pulled back from the kiss and reached over to grab it. "Wait...wait.." He removed the ring from the box and gently slid it onto her finger, grinning at the sight. Once it was securely on her finger, he flipped them so his body was hovering over hers and he slid his tongue between her lips, hungrily tasting her as his hands ran up her skirt. All he wanted was to feel her in that moment...she had made him so happy that he wanted to return the favor. Shang snapped his fingers so they were both naked upon the floor and his mouth immediately took her bare breast between his lips.

Su laughed as Shang pulled back long enough to give her the ring, seeing it on her finger only made the whole thing more real. "I love it." No sooner had she said the words then Shang had turned them so she was lying on the floor and he was straddling her. She gasped as he snapped his fingers so they were both naked, he sure was quick on his feet. Her hands slid up his back as he bent down and took her breast into his mouth. She rocked her hips so she could feel his member pressing against her already wet entrance. It was like all their pent up emotions had built up to this moment and Su knew that if she asked for it he'd give her everything and more.
