Su stared at him honestly confused by his words, "You still love me?" She asked quietly. How he even still could was beyond her. It was hard to get a read on him, and Su wasn't sure what to believe anymore. After he had left that first night, she'd found it hard to trust anyone. "You've never really told me why you left...was it because of me?" She asked eventually, it was hard asking him this as she was afraid of the answer. "I know I wasn't experienced then...and I'm sorry if I made it unpleasant." She said, her fingers twisting in her nightgown as she spoke.

Shang couldn't help the small smirk that came to his lips at her question. "Of course I do.." Just because she had done things that she wasn't proud of didn't mean that he was going to stop loving her. There was nothing she could do to stop him from loving her. Though at her question, he shifted nervously and looked away from her. "Because you scare me Su...and not because of what we did. It was amazing being with you. But you've made me feels things I've never felt before. I just got it into my head that you might not feel the same and that you would hate me when you woke up...that you would regret being with me. That was what happened after my first time...I didn't want that happening with you." Shang confessed to her. He still remembered that next morning with his first lover. They should have known better though. They were both teenagers that had gotten drunk and stupid...

Su sighed, "But I thought you had...I woke up and you were gone. What was I supposed to think? I read that note and I thought you had regretted it, at least that's how it came off. And then you never came back...I waited for you, for months. Until finally I realized you weren't coming back...why would you? All I am is a one night stand...that's all I am worth. You made me the happiest woman in the world that night, and then you were gone. And all I could think was that I had failed...I'd failed somehow." She said quietly keeping her gaze lowered. "You say you love me, but how can I trust you with my heart again? I don't think I could bear being hurt like that again, even though I love you." She admitted.

Shang instantly felt guilty again as she spoke but the moment she spoke down on herself, he couldn't listen to that. Before he could stop himself, he had moved towards her and pressed his lips against hers in a tender kiss. His hands gently held her arms and after a moment, he slowly pulled back. "I'm sorry. I know I shouldn't have done that but don't ever talk about yourself like that again. You are so much more...I don't expect you to trust me, I wouldn't even blame you if you never trusted me again. But I'm here now and I'm going to make up for everything I've done to you, if you'll let me." Shang stepped back from her and stood silent for a moment before he turned and started to look for something to use as a bed for her. There was no doubt that she was sore and he didn't want her sleeping on the hard ground.

Su blinked in surprise as Shang suddenly kissed her, it was far better then the forced kisses she received at her work. For a moment she just stared up at him uncertainly afterward. His words were honest and Gods she wanted to believe him...but how could she? All she could think about was that morning and the note she had held onto. What if he left her again? The thought alone terrified her more then she'd ever openly admit. If she didn't at least try...would they be like this forever? Too afraid to act on their feelings for fear of hurting the other in some way? She stepped forward and gently grasped his hand, "I can't be afraid forever." She said quietly and as he turned to face her she kissed him. It had been the first time she had initiated anything since that night. She was terrified that she had probably acted too soon, but on the other hand she wanted this...and she knew that.

Shang looked back at her as she grabbed his hand, his heart pounding in his chest. Her words gave him a small hope and then suddenly her lips were on his. She hadn't kissed him willingly since that night and the fact that she initiated this one kept him hopeful. But he couldn't take advantage of that. She was still in a fragile place. For a few more moments, he kissed her back, pulling her body into his but that was all he did. He didn't try to touch her inappropriately..it was still too soon for all of that. After a few minutes Shang pulled back and smoothed the hair out of her face. "You need some rest...we can figure out everything else tomorrow." Shang took a step back from her before he returned to making a small little bed for her. It wasn't much but it was better than lying directly on the cold floor. "I'll stay up for a little bit to make sure nothing else happens tonight. But I want you to get some rest. I'll be here if you need me." Shang moved to sit down on the ground only a few feet from the entrance, keeping his back pressed against the wall. If anyone were to find them tonight, he wanted to be awake for it...not be caught by surprise.

Su reluctantly pulled back and watched as Shang set about finishing up a makeshift bed for her to sleep on. "Thank you." She whispered before she moved to lie down, true the little bed he had made up for her wasn't much but it was a thoughtful gesture from him. Her body was still sore, but it wasn't as bad as it might have been had she been fully lying on the stone floor. Things between her and Shang were still unsure but Su was starting to feel a little hope...a hope that she wanted to keep. Of course she still needed to settle things with the tavern...even though the very thought scared her. Shang had been insisting that he could handle it, but Su knew she had to be the one to finish it. After all she had been the one to start working there in the first place, she had to be the one to finish things there. It took her awhile to finally fall asleep, and it was a fitful sleep at that.

Shang had kept his gaze averted from Su until she finally fell asleep, letting himself relax once she was out. He honestly had no idea what he was doing...he was just trying to keep her safe with whatever ideas came to him first. And to be honest...this was a terrible idea. Now they were stuck outside in the middle of the night. There was no way they could go home. The place would be surrounded, if not destroyed, and they would be helpless all over again. He wasn't strong enough to help her...It took a long time but Shang eventually drifted off to sleep, still leaning back against the wall. He hadn't planned on sleeping at all but the sheer exhaustion of worry seemed to take over.

Su woke up early in the morning and glanced over at Shang. He was still fast asleep, clearly he needed his sleep and she wasn't going to wake him. She needed to settle things at the tavern, and with that thought in mind she got up and took off Shang's shirt. The nightgown she had on looked even worse now that she could clearly see it. The fire had long since burned out, but Su knew how to stoke it back. Once the fire was relit she laid Shang's shirt next to him on a rock, then she leaned over and brushed a kiss on his cheek. It would be best if she left now, before she had a chance to change her mind. She studied Shang for a moment before she left the cave and made her way through the forest. It was more familiar to her in the daylight, and it didn't take long for her to find the tavern. She could see some of the patrons there already, for so long she had worked there...would she be able to leave? She steeled her spine and walked out of the forest and towards the tavern, it was time to find Shan-Yu. Low laughter and the sounds of pleasure filled her ears as soon as she walked in. The atmosphere made her skin crawl but she had no choice. She scanned the crowd around her until she found the person she was looking for. He was surrounded by women and seemed to be fairly content. She made a face and made her way towards him, "Shan-Yu." She said and waited for him to take notice, it didn't take very long.

Shan-Yu had been being pleasured by a handful of women before he looked up at a familiar voice. Though that didn't stop the women dancing around him. "Well well...did you finally shake that overprotective brother of yours sweetheart?" He said sarcastically before he shoved the girl riding him off of his lap and stood up, not even caring that his member was still out in the open and erect. His fingers gently caressed her cheek and his gaze ran over her body. "Or does he not know you're gone hmm?" A deep chuckle left his throat as he looked down on her. Of course he knew what she had come for. She wanted to quit. And that wasn't going to happen. "Don't get it into your pretty little head that I'll let you walk out those doors again...you're mine." His voice darkened as he grabbed her by the hair and forced her to her knees before him.

Su's body shook as she stared up at Shan-Yu, he terrified her in more ways then one. "I'm not staying here anymore...I deserve better." She said firmly. It was hard to say as much, but she knew it was the truth. She let out a pained gasp as he gripped her hair and shoved her down onto her knees, so she was eye level with his member. "I mean it...I'm done!" She protested as she struggled to pull away from him. The last thing she wanted was his dick in her mouth, from the looks of it there was still someone else's juices lingering there. Besides that she didn't want to taste him ever again, the thought disgusted her. "I am not your bitch!" She snapped as she glared up at him.

Shan-Yu's gaze darkened at her words and his grip got tighter. "That's not your choice anymore. When you work for me, you always work for me." He snapped his fingers and one of his henchmen came up with a necklace in hand. It was a strong, silver chain that would never break no matter what. The pendant was a simple black opal in an oval shape embedded in a silver setting. It was enchanted of course. Something that would keep her under his control. A few of the other girls in the tavern wore them, different shapes representing different strengths of enchantment. Hers would have to be pretty powerful. Shan-Yu unclasped the chain before he forced the necklace around her neck, the stone resting just below her collar line. It glowed a soft purple before it faded back to normal and he released his hold on her hair. "Now you are mine for good. You can't fight it sweetheart...you'll never win." A smirk came to his lips once again and he positioned his member in front of her mouth as if it was a test to make sure the stone was doing it's work.

Su's eyes widened when she saw the necklace, she had seen other girls be forced to wear them. The necklaces made them constantly sex crazed, she had managed not to get one until now. "Please no." She whispered as she tried yanking back but before she could Shan-Yu forced the necklace around her neck. It was as if something was clouding her judgement and she was feeling a needy urge creeping through her. Her eyes flashed a dark purple before she gave Shan-Yu a small smile, "Let me help you master." She whispered before she leaned forward and took his member into her mouth. A little moan escaped her as she leaned forward and massaged his balls with her hands. The taste of him filled her mouth and she whimpered, wanting to taste even more. Her tongue ran along his veins as she took him further inside her mouth. The opal flashed a darker purple and Su pulled back briefly to take her nightgown off before she went right back to work.

Shang jerked awake and groaned as he sat up. He must have fallen to the side when he was asleep because his head pounded like he had been hit. His skin shivered and his gaze flicked over to the fire. It had died down but when he moved to check it, it hadn't been dead for longer than a few hours. Someone must have kindled it a few hours before. He turned to check on Su but where he had left her lying last night, there was nothing. "Su?" Shang moved throughout the cave searching for her but she was no where to be found. Then he stepped on his shirt and looked down, instantly knowing what she had done when he saw the fabric there. She had gone back...Shang cursed and grabbed his shirt, tugging it onto his body as he slipped out of the cave and started to run. He had to stop her before something happened. He didn't stop, not even for one second until he made it to the tavern. Though when he burst through the front door, the whole place was empty. No bodies to be seen, no voices to be heard. His heart sank and then he saw something on the ground...Shang knelt down and his stomach flipped. It was her nightgown. Su had been here...he was too late. "No..." Shang couldn't even get back to his feet. He just stayed there..kneeling on the ground with her nightgown in his fingertips.

"If you're looking for someone in particular, you won't find them here mate." Sinbad spoke up as he stepped through the door not too far behind him. "I'm afraid they left through a portal...and as for your uh sister right? She's been given a cursed necklace, one that is very difficult to remove. Almost impossible in fact, unless of course you happen to have magic." He said as he spread his arms in an almost teasing gesture. "Which is where I come in...I am willing to make you a deal if you're interested." He said his eyes flashing an acid green as he spoke. "In exchange for your sister's freedom and some handy powers, all I want is your soul. You'll act the same of course, but your soul will simply be in my care. Oh and you'll also be immortal, so there's that." He said with a little laugh.
